By downloading, installing, or using RingMate ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
RingMate is an Android application that converts alarms and reminders into simulated incoming-call notifications, played back with a voice message you record or import. RingMate is designed to run fully offline, and its core features do not require an internet connection.
Subject to these terms, Ramascript grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use RingMate on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Voice recordings, imported audio, photos, and caller names you add to RingMate ("your content") remain yours. You grant RingMate only the limited, local permission needed to store and play back your content on your own device, for the sole purpose of running the app's reminder features. RingMate does not claim ownership over your content and, in the current version of the app, does not upload it to any server.
The RingMate name, logo, app design, and underlying software are the property of Ramascript and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use Ramascript's trademarks or branding outside of using the app itself.
RingMate is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every scheduled reminder will ring exactly as configured on every device, given differences in Android device behavior and battery-optimization settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramascript shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, RingMate — including any missed reminder, alarm, or notification.
You may stop using RingMate at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the service at our discretion, including to comply with Google Play policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, unless a different governing law is required by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example as new features are added. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
